One more member sought for Marysville Salary Commission vacancy

Help determine how much your elected officials are paid. The City of Marysville still needs one more member to serve on the city’s Salary Commission.

Three current commission members are nearing the end of their terms. Salary Commission members must be citizens of Marysville, and are limited to two three-year terms. The seven-member commission meets annually as necessary, and conducts annual reviews of compensation for the elected Mayor and City Council.

To apply, please submit a letter of interest or resume (or both) by Monday, Sept. 21, to Deputy City Clerk April O’Brien at Marysville City Hall, 1049 State Ave., Marysville WA 98270, or by email to aobrien@marysvillewa.gov. For more information, please contact the Clerk’s Office at 360-363-8077.
